Acceptance
By using this website, booking via WhatsApp, or purchasing products from Beautez Esthetique (M) Sdn Bhd (SSM 1195254-H, “Beautez”), you agree to the terms below.
Services
All in-studio services are wellness/cosmetic in nature and are not medical procedures. Results vary by individual. Consult a doctor for any medical concern. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team via WhatsApp.
Cancellations and no-shows
We ask that you message us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking priority.
Products
Product orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability. Prices and product specifications are accurate at the time of order but may change. We will notify you of any change before charging your card.
Returns and refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the seal is intact. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons except where defective. Defective product claims are honoured within 14 days of delivery upon reasonable evidence.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms. We do not store full card numbers. Currency is Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products beyond the purchase price paid. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
