Who we are

Beautez Esthetique (M) Sdn Bhd (“Beautez”, “we”) is registered in Malaysia under SSM number 1195254-H. Our studio is at No 53G, Jalan Temenggung 11/9, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, 43200 Cheras, Selangor.

What we collect

  • Your name, phone number, and email when you book an appointment or order a product
  • WhatsApp messages you send us regarding services or orders
  • Payment details (handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
  • Appointment and purchase history
  • Anonymous usage data via Plausible Analytics (no personal identifiers, no third-party tracking cookies)

How we use it

  • To confirm bookings and reply to your enquiries
  • To fulfil product orders and provide aftercare guidance
  • To send appointment reminders (only on the channel you reached us)
  • To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

Who we share with

We share data only with service providers we need to operate (e.g. Stripe for payments, our shipping courier for product orders). We do not sell your data. We do not share with marketing partners.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax and accounting obligations under Malaysian law (typically 7 years for transactional records). You may request deletion of any data not required by law at any time.

Your rights
